Shipping Policy (Updated November 23, 2022)

All US orders over $100.00 USD ship for FREE via USPS.
We try our best to ship all orders within 1-5 business days.
Once your order has been accepted by USPS, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package has not been delivered after 30 days of shipment and does not have a delivery confirmation by USPS, we will re-ship a package at no additional cost to the customer.
Missing Packages: We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. (But we will make every effort to help you find it!) Customers are responsible for filing a claim to USPS as long as a delivery confirmation has been issued by USPS.

All Canada orders over $150.00 USD ship for free via USPS (and then Canada Post) or UPS.
For all other international orders, please choose between the flat rate shipping of $30 or the actual shipping rate (calculated per the carrier).
The quoted delivery times do not take into account any delays caused by customs.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs which may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country.
All International sales are final.
