Sizes 0-3m through 12-24m are made with cloth diaper babies in mind. The cuffed waist and ankles can be folded/unfolded, allowing the leggings to "grow with" the baby.
Sizes 2T through 5T will fit similar to traditional leggings. While they will fit over some trim cloth diaper bums, these will fit best over the underwear.
The cotton spandex fabric will gain more stretch as they go through more washes.
